TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BIT organizes outdoor activities, participants of which take part at their own risk. BIT shall take all reasonable care to ensure the safe running of these activities but does not take any responsibility for any potentially irresponsible behavior, injury, pre-existing medical conditions and/or damages caused to personal belongings (e.g. cars and any equipment participants bring with them). Persons under the influence of drugs will be refused admission even if they present a valid ticket.
- Video and sound recording may be carried out at the activities in which participants and/or visitors may be recorded and uploaded for marketing purposes. The participant and/or visitor of the activity waives the right to claim any compensation or payment from BIT for such recordings.
- Any participant and/or visitor may be ejected from the activity if they breach these terms and conditions. In case of rejection, BIT cannot be held responsible for any compensation or refund.
- In case of unexpected turn of events during the activity, BIT reserves the right to make justified alterations to the venue, the instructors, the schedule, or the time and date of the activity itself as advertised.
- BIT shall take all reasonable care to ensure that participants and/or visitors are informed in case the activity is cancelled and the participation fee is refunded. However, participants accept that in case an activity is cancelled, BIT makes the decision relating to the process, venue and time limits of the fee redemption, and the realization of such will be the responsibility of BIT. In the absence of such assignment from BIT to refund participants, BIT shall not be responsible to refund the price of the participation fee.
- Refunds will be issued during the timeframe specified by BIT in the participation from of the relevant activity. BIT shall not be responsible to pay for any additional, real or perceived damages or expenses in addition to the actual price of the participation fee. No refunds will be issued in cases other than the cancellation of the activity.
- If either participant and/or visitor or BIT is unable to fulfil their obligation due to war, rebellion, acts of terrorism, strikes, accidents, fire, blockade, flood, natural disaster, severe energy supply disruption or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable obstacle that falls outside their power, neither of these parties will be liable for any loss or damage that result from these activities.
- BIT shall reply to any written complaint within 60 days after the receipt of such complaint and send its reply to participants, primarily to the email address provided below. If BIT rejects the complaint, reasons of rejection must be clearly communicated to the participant in writing.
Trademarks appearing on the website and copyright
1. Trademarks displayed on the BIT website are the exclusive property of BIT or other rights owners. These designs cannot be used in any way, distributed or published without the expressed and prior written consent of BIT or the copyright holder.
2. Information and other documents available on the website are protected by copyright; the holders of these rights is BIT and the copyright owners. The information and other materials available on the website cannot be used for any other purpose than that of the website, cannot be copied, published or distributed by third parties without expressed and prior written consent of BIT or the copyright holders.
3. BIT obtains unlimited and exclusive use rights relating to any notes (e.g. chat, blog), comments, suggestions and ideas made by participants regarding the use of the website, but this does not mean that any of the entries, comments, etc. should reflect BIT’s views. BIT is entitled, without limitation, to use, utilize, transmit, publish, delete or publish participants’ comments without any liability for compensation to Customer.
