About This Lesson
The word Yoga itself means “union”, the union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal consciousness or spirit. The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both mind and body. Yoga has a lot of benefits, some of them is to increase flexibility, get better posture, improve your balance, build strength and tone on the body and energy.
It can also act as a prevention mechanism towards injuries as well as healing old traumas.
Here at Barefoot Intelligent Training, we use Yoga as the live recovery of mind and body, with the main focus to your flexibility, mobility and body awareness through breathing.
