About This Lesson
To develop powerful legs and core you will need to engage in a training program that promotes leg strengthening in the major muscle groups of your legs while also promoting muscular endurance. A class that includes exercises for strength, mobility, and flexibility with the right supervision.
We are using gymnast methods for a solid core, the most important group in our body. All the different muscle categories show their true potential when you actually strengthen your core.
